欧亚经济联盟对从中国进口的石墨电极进行调查

EAEU investigates graphite electrodes imports from China

Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）从欧亚经济委员会的公告中获悉，欧亚经济联盟已开始对从中国进口的直径为520-650毫米的石墨电极进行反倾销调查。

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has started an anti-dumping investigation into imports of graphite electrodes of 520-650mm diameter originating from China, Kallanish learns from a Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announcement.

调查对象是熔炉中使用的石墨化电极，其圆形截面直径为520-650毫米，或另一种截面，面积超过2,700平方厘米，但不超过3,300平方厘米。这些属于海关编码8545 11 002 0 TN VED EAEU。

The object of the investigation are electrodes used in furnaces, graphitised with a round cross-section of 520-650mm diameter or another cross-section with an area of more than 2,700 cm2, but not more than 3,300 cm2. These fall under custom code 8545 11 002 0 TN VED EAEU.

调查申请方是El 6公司，该公司在2021年1月1日至2024年9月30日期间占欧亚经济联盟此类电极产量的100%。

The probe petitioner was El 6 company, which accounted for 100% of the production volume of these electrodes in the EAEU from 1 January 2021 to 30 September 2024.

2022年，欧亚经济联盟对原产于中国的圆形截面直径不超过520毫米的石墨电极征收为期五年的反倾销税（见Kallanish相关报道）。

In 2022, the EAEU imposed anti-dumping duties for five years on graphite electrodes originating in China that have a circular cross-sectional diameter not exceeding 520mm (see Kallanish passim).

早些时候，欧亚经济委员会建议欧亚经济联盟的石墨电极消费者和制造商重建供应链，重新签订供应合同。制造商签订长期供应合同的义务已作为附件列入本反倾销税决议。

Earlier, the EEC recommended that graphite electrode consumers and manufacturers in the EAEU rebuild the supply chain and re-sign supply contracts. The obligation for manufacturers to sign a long-term supply contract is included as an attachment in this anti-dumping duty resolution.
